Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Brensean Winston is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader dedicated to creating opportunities for the next generation. After graduating from Southfield Lathrup High School in 2012, Brensean launched his entrepreneurial journey with a vending machine business before expanding into real estate investment and the music industry, where he has written for artists including Doja Cat.

Today, Brensean serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The Brensean Winston Foundation, a nonprofit committed to advancing equity in underrepresented communities by removing barriers to opportunity and investing in youth development.

Under his leadership, the Foundation provides year-round programming that empowers young people through mentorship, career exploration, leadership development, skill-building workshops, and mental health support. The organization also creates safe spaces for artistic expression and personal growth while exposing youth to opportunities that broaden their vision for the future.

Beyond its educational programming, the Foundation is deeply committed to serving the community through seasonal giveback initiatives, youth summer programs, school supply and holiday distributions, sponsorship of community programs, and financial support for local athletic teams, including sponsoring football jerseys to ensure young athletes have the resources they need to compete with pride and confidence.

Brensean believes that investing in young people extends far beyond financial support—it means showing up consistently, building meaningful relationships, and creating pathways that inspire future leaders to dream bigger than their circumstances.

When he’s not leading community initiatives or growing his businesses, Brensean enjoys gaming, spending time with family and friends, and never turns down a good plate of chicken Alfredo.
